Prof. Dr. Nima Al-Asadi, a lecturer at the College of Education at the University of Kufa, gave a lecture in the scientific workshop that was held in the Department of Preparation and Training in the Directorate of Turbah Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf. Al-Asadi said that the lecture included a lecture that shed light on the most important concepts of educational counseling Which includes the counselor, the mentor, the counseling service, behavior modification and its mechanisms, the importance of modeling, formation, reinforcement, punishment, behavioral contracting, and guiding interview procedures, adding that the workshop included training on dealing with students’ problems such as academic delay, lying, theft, bullying, harassment, and rebellion.
