    Faculty of Education/ Information Section … Dr. Muhammed Kadhim Al-Fetlawi, a lecturer in the Faculty of Education/ University of Kufa, delivers a lecture in Al-Diwaniya Police Academy about ideological and moral orientation according to Islamic thought. In his lecture, he discusses raising police personnel’s morale and strengthening the values of citizenship, human’s service and his/her public rights. Also, Al-Fetlawi states that the lecture is within a rehabilitative programm including many different courses for police personnel. It’s worth mentioning that this is his fourth participation in delivering lectures in accordance with Islamic thought in Al-Diwaniya Training Center.
