Section Vision:

The Computer Department seeks to establish and develop human and social knowledge in the society and improve it by preparing specialized human cadres capable of serving the society and providing students with knowledge in the fields of computer science in all scientific fields.

Message Section:

The Department of Computer Education is one of the departments that is always working on the number of cadres specialized in computer science and scientific research as well as the preparation of cadres educational, educational and functional departments of the state. One of the most important elements of the mission of the Department of Computer Education in the Faculty of Education is to work to meet the objectives of the College, which is to qualify the student academic and scientific qualification in a manner consistent with the requirements of the labor market in particular and directly, and the basic functions of the Department of computers on three basic pillars Is the educational process, scientific research and community service.

Section Objectives:

 First: The educational process: Provide an excellent learning environment for students and equip them with science to develop their level of intellectual and educational abilities and make them responsible in the community.
a. Scientific research: The activation of scientific research through the participation of faculty members and students in conducting research and dissemination of knowledge to contribute to the development of society.
B. Community Service: To strengthen relations with the directorates of education benefiting from their specialties through providing basic and applied research as well as holding seminars and scientific lectures inside and outside the department.
Generally, the above basic tasks work to achieve the following detailed objectives:
Second: The student should be in both primary and higher studies with full computer knowledge and programming to make him a successful teacher who serves the community.
Third: To guide the student scientific and educational guidance based on interaction with what is happening in the science of computers.
Fourth: The Department encourages the scientific study and works on the basis that computers are the language of the age and scientific field is required in all areas of scientific and practical life.
Fifth: Active participation with other sciences in dealing with the problems facing society, especially scientific problems, which has become one of the most important goals that the community seeks to develop solutions to them.
Sixth: Enable the student to understand how to explain the correct solutions to scientific and educational problems.
