The Department of Computer Science at the College of Education at the University of Kufa organized a discussion seminar entitled The annual evaluation mechanism for the performance of teachers. The seminar aimed to explain the evaluation mechanism for the performance of professors. The seminar included a lecture given by Dr. Shorouk Jumaa Al-Janabi, in which she addressed several topics, including evaluation forms for the performance of teaching staff, administrative teaching, and full-time teaching. The seminar explained the electronic system for evaluating annual performance and the evaluation stages in order to ensure that errors do not occur. The seminar recommended being careful in filling out the form for any positive aspects that are in the interest of the teacher and documenting his scientific and academic efforts.
