A new joint book by a professor at the College of Education at the University of Kufa about professional development for workers in the field of education

Al-Thaqalayn Press published a new joint book by Professor Dr. Nima Abdel Samad Al-Asadi, teaching at the College of Education, and Prof. Dr. Abdel-Razzaq Shaneen Al-Janabi, teaching at the College of Education for Girls, about professional development for workers in the field of education. The book included ten chapters that dealt with various topics in professional development, including means of organizing Professional development programs for faculty members and their most important programmes, methods, fields, justifications and roles, and evaluation of development programmes, their incentives, obstacles and the most important challenges they face, as well as the relationship of professional development to the quality of education and academic accreditation.
