Dr. Muhammad Kazem Al-Fatlawi, a teacher at the College of Education, issued a new edition entitled “The Historical Sciences of the Qur’an – The History of the Qur’an.” Al-Fatlawi said that the book consists of eight chapters, which dealt with the phenomenon of revelation, the revelation of the Qur’an and its revelation, the science of Meccan and Medinan, the science of the causes of revelation, the science of collecting the Noble Qur’an, and the science of drawing the Qur’an and its shape, as well. About the knowledge of the Holy Qur’an readings and the seven letters and the safety of the Holy Qur’an from distortion. It should be noted that Al-Fatlawi has twelve previous authors.
