A teacher at the College of Education publishes a scientific research entitled (Psychological Capital and its Role in Promoting Vocal Behavior – An Exploratory Analysis Study)

Dr. Hamid Adel Al-Nasrawi, a teacher at the College of Education at the University of Kufa, published a scientific research entitled (Psychological Capital and its Role in Promoting Vocal Behavior – An Exploratory Analysis Study), in one of the German international magazines (WBSS). Al-Nasrawi said that the study discussed an important problem within the institutional work, which is a process Suppressing or canceling the voice space available to employees to express their opinions and proposals related to criticism, development, or correcting the course of work within the institution. There is a knowledge gap to explain the relationship between psychological capital and vocal behavior in organizations in general and in the Directorate of Education in particular.
