The Dean of Mixed Education at the University of Kufa, Prof. Dr. Sirwan Abdul-Zahra Al-Janabi, presided over the discussion committee for a doctoral thesis in the Faculty of Jurisprudence at the University of Kufa by the student Duha Abdul-Khaleq Al-Shammari for her thesis tagged “General Tajweed” in the books of Quranic readings and the book of interpretation – a study in the light of modern linguistics.
