The Iraqi Artists Syndicate and Oyoun Art Cultural Organization honor the Dean of the College of Mixed Education at the University of Kufa, Dr. Sirwan Abdul-Zahra Al-Janabi, in appreciation of his efforts in supporting and sponsoring the Fifth Youth Theater Festival, which the college hosted for four days.
