The Department of Mathematics at the Faculty of Co-Education Hold an Online Scientific Symposium Entitled “E-learning During Health Crisis, Reality and Challenges”
The symposium came under the title “E-learning During Health Crisis, Reality and Challenges” and the slogan “For the safety of The Educational Process and Students’ Future”
The symposium included a lecture delivered by Dr. Naama al-Asadi, a Faculty teaching member, in which he touched on the concept of online teaching, its importance, causes and drowbackes, and the difference between it and traditional teaching. As well as indicating the concept of blended teaching (integrated) and distance teaching.
He also reflected on the experience of the University of Kufa with online teaching, and the most prominent strengths in the experiment. Al-Asadi explained the advantages of the Moodle system and ways to help students attend e-learning during the health crisis.
