    Faculty of Education/ Information Section … Dr Kewakib al-Fadhili, a lecturer at the Faculty of Education/ University of Kufa, has participated in the scientific symposium held at the University of Imam-Kadhum(a.s.) about the youth, immigration, religious attitude and positives. Al-Fadhili presented a paper entitled “Immigration between Challenges and Positives: A Study in the Light of the Iraqi Experience”, where she touched on the concept of immigration, its causes and its positive and negative effects on the individual and highlighted the treatments necessary for this issue, the most important of which is the establishment of an information bank that collects sufficient information about the competencies that can be associated with or supported by the Iraqi embassies, the formation of committees concerned with the return of competencies in the countries of diaspora, the organization of the relationship between the immigrant competencies and Iraqi universities and scientific research centres, the scheduling of visits and lectures, the implementation of joint scientific projects, as well as the provision of jobs for the skilled migrants in the universities, scientific research centres, factories and production and service institutions and creating a climate of scientific and academic research and giving material and moral incentives and living requirements.
