Opening the First Global Women’s Cultural Program of the Faculty of Co-Education on an Online Platform
Faculty of Education/ Information Section………….The dean of the Faculty of Co-Education at the University of Kufa, Dr. Sirwan al-Janabi, introduced the activities of the first global women’s cultural program for the Department of Qur’an Sciences and Islamic Education, which was held via Zoom cloud meeting platform.
In his speech, al-Janabi praised the idea of the program and its topics and the creativity that characterizes women, whether they are academic, researcher, activist or educated. Al-Janabi also said that the program was held on the occasion of celebrating the blessed month of Ramadan in the light of the current situation, in order to support the scientific, cultural and intellectual progress of the post-Corona world.
Dr. Kawakib Al-Fadil, Head of the Department, said that the program was established under the title “Ramadan at Home” and will continue throughout the period of the blessed month of Ramadan. Al-Fadhli added that the most prominent issues of the program are religious issues (juristic, ideological and religious occasions), the social issue and its problems, family and its problems, health issues that are related to physical and psychological health, the teaching and educational issues and the means of e-learning as well as other issues related to (technology, media, legal, political).
