General Social System (Environment) – “4”
Prof. Muhammad Kazem Al-Fatlawi
Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and may God’s prayers be upon Muhammad and his pure family
Tell us the Holy Quran Badi ‘regime says in many verses, including: P and the sun runs to its stable O ([1]), P and moon we estimated the homes O ([2]), P and come down water from the sky and thereby quickeneth the earth after her death O ([3]) … etc .
In line with the cosmic system, Islam laid the foundations of order in a person’s life, so the Imam’s commandment was Ali_ for his two sons, Al-Hassan and Al-Hussein _: (I command you and all my children, and my family, and whoever has reached my book to fear God and organize your order) ([4]).
The order of the matter starts from the individual system, and it continues in the social system, and Islam has emphasized the importance of the two things. Examples of what the hadiths called for in organizing the affairs of the human person as stated by Imam Al-Kazim _: (strive to make your time four hours: an hour to call God, And an hour for a pension order, and an hour for cohabitation with the trusted Brotherhood, who introduces you to your faults, and saves you in the interior, and an hour in which you disturb your self in a non-mahram) ([5]).
· General system
As for the invitation of Islam to the social system, it is what appears through many titles called for by Islamic texts. We offer:
1- Not to harm people:
The nature of social life in which the interests of people are crowded requires that laws that aim to provide the public interest of most people such as civil organization, the traffic law, and laws established by institutions … etc. are enacted, and Islam has established the basic principle of these laws which is not to harm others, which is what The prophetic Sunnah affirmed it through the words of the Prophet n: (There is neither harm nor harm in Islam) ([6]). The public street, for example, is common to all people, so it is not permissible to harm the passerby, such as if the driver stops his car so that it causes traffic congestion, and that the rest of the road throws what harms the passerby, as this is what is prohibited by the Islamic Sharia, and this may even require that the perpetrator be harmed. It was narrated from Imam Al-Sadiq, peace be upon him, that he was asked about something that is placed on the path of Muslims, so the animal passes through, so it turns away its owner, and it makes it difficult, he said _: (Everything is harmful to the path of Muslims, so its owner is a guarantor of what befalls him) ([7]).
A person who parked his car on the street, leaving it so that it leads to crowding in it, causes a number of damages for him to set his sights on, and it is like:
1- Spent excess fuel from other cars due to his parked car.
2- Some people are late for their jobs, schools, or universities.
3- Disturbing people with the sound of car horns.
4- Diseases that may multiply as a result of this stopping, such as associated with human nerves.
5- The consequences of the stampede that may happen because of this.
In exchange for what has passed, he called the Holy Prophet = to do what is beneficial to people in the public roads, for it =: (Abd al-Jannah entered a branch of thorns that was on the path of the Muslims, and he called him off) ([8]). And about him = that he said: (Isa bin Maryam passed through a grave that torments its owner, then whoever meets with him, if he is not tortured, he said: Lord, I passed this grave a first year and he is tormented, and I passed through the year, and he is not tortured, so God revealed his majesty to him: O Spirit of God, a good son recognized him for him and fixed a path and sheltered an orphan, so I forgave him for what his son had done) ([9]). It was narrated by him saying: (Whoever builds on the back of a shelter for a passerby, God sent him to Najeeb from Der and Jawhar, and his face shines a light for the people of the gathering light) ([10]).
2: General cleaning:
Islam urges personal and public hygiene. In the noble hadith:) God is good, loves the good, clean, loves cleanliness) ([11]).
Cleanliness is one of the values that Islam emphasized, saying:
A: It is among the morals of the prophets. ”In the hadith about Imam al-Rida _: (one of the morals of the prophets is cleaning) ([12]).
B: She is a soldier of the mind. In the commandment of Imam Al-Kadhim _ Hisham bin Al-Hakam in the shrine of the enumeration of the Soldiers of Mind (hygiene and anti-dirtiness) ([13]).
A: It is one of the pillars of the Islamic structure that has a reflection in the Hereafter, for the Most Honorable Messenger n: (Clean with whatever you can: God Almighty built Islam on cleanliness and will not enter Heaven except every clean) ([14]).
House cleanliness:
After emphasizing personal hygiene, the accounts received from the Prophet n and his family urged “the importance of taking care of household cleanliness in an accurate manner, and this is what we observe in the following hadiths:
On the honorable Messenger n: (Do not sleep in the garbage in your homes, and take it out during the day: it is the seat of Satan) ([15]).
On the authority of Imam Ali _: (Clean your homes from spider weaves; leaving it at home will inherit poverty) ([16]).
On the authority of Imam Al-Baqir _: (Sweeping houses negates poverty) ([17]).
On the authority of Imam Ali _: (Do not harbor dust behind the door) ([18]).
Street hygiene:
Narratives disparage those who harm people by putting dirt in the streets and public roads. In talking about the Holy Prophet n: (whoever sings sagacious ([19]) on the path of Aamir through the path of Muslims, he must curse God, angels and all people) ([20]).
In another hadith of the Prophet, he said n: (Fear the three gossip: excrement in resources, shadow and the street knocker) ([21]).
On the other hand, the narratives urged to remove what is harmful to Muslims in public roads, for the Prophet n: (that every Muslim every day give charity, it was said: Who can tolerate that? He said n: your harm is hurt by the way charity) ([22]).
3: The beauty of the scene:
In addition to cleanliness, Islam called for beautification and the display of beauty on an individual and social level, for the Most Honorable Messenger n: (God is beautiful and loves beauty) ([23]). And on the authority of Imam al-Sadiq _: (God Almighty loves beauty and beauty) ([24]).
4: Conservation and Development of Plant Wealth:
This was confirmed by honorable hadiths, including:
On the authority of the Noble Messenger: (No Muslim implanted a plant from which a person, an animal, or a bird eats unless he has charity for him) ([25]).
It is clear that planting trees is not limited to the benefit of eating them, but rather that they have what works for being like the ongoing charity because of the environmental purification.
