Qashani Art in Libya

A new version of a lecturer at the Faculty of Education entitled “Qashani Art in Libya”
    Faculty of Education/ Information Section … Dr Saba al-Yasiri, a lecturer at the Faculty of Education/ University of Kufa, has issued a new book entitled “Qashani Art in Libya”. Al-Yasiri stated that the book touched on Islamic art as a product inspired by the aesthetic images of the Quran expressed in visual images, as well as the most important characteristics and influences that made the Arab-Islamic identity in Libya after the Islamic conquest. She added that the book discussed the stages of development of the Libyan mosque from the simple elements in the beginning of Islamic conquests to the visual pleasure and the celebration of the beautiful elements and ornaments of Qashani art during the Ottoman period.
